If you're 5'9 and twinkmaxxed, 60 kg is not sustainable so you need to leanmaxx with your brain bozo. The first kgs are the easiest ones

ur actually so dumb. u restart ur diet every day because u had a ‘muh cheatday’ because u can’t sustain 500 calories then you just reset ur progress plus u get no protein so you’ll just be skinny fat. Just cut on 1400 calories 15k steps and you’ll actually be able to maintain it while having ur favourite foods idiot
