I ate super healthy today beans and eggs for breakfast, banana and apple for lunch then steak and potatoes for dinner. Worked 7-4 then did a 5k run.

I’ve decided I will take a break from running until my shins get better cuz they have been killing me lately.

Anyway here is what I look like after 5 days eating heathy pretty much the same but what can you can expect also I’m down 1kg so that’s pretty good

Rather looksmax and at least try instead of complaining that I didn’t get perfect 0.1% genetics also there is no such thing as a fat chad
