I ate super healthy today beans and eggs for breakfast, banana and apple for lunch then steak and potatoes for dinner. Worked 7-4 then did a 5k run.
I’ve decided I will take a break from running until my shins get better cuz they have been killing me lately.
Anyway here is what I look like after 5 days eating heathy pretty much the same but what can you can expect also I’m down 1kg so that’s pretty good
