Day 5 of intermittent fasting to lose weight

Broke the fast at 3pm so it lasted ABT 18 hours. Ate a 550-600 calorie chocolate bar (it had like 20 pieces) and then I'm gonna eat something else later to reach 900-1000 calories
This is the last day I'm gonna eat junk food since all the junk food is gone now
I cycled for abt 30 mins today and I'll do more later on
Yesterday I ate 2000 cslories (made a big mistake by going to my cousin's house they had chicken and chips) but I cycled for 1-2 hours yesterday.

I am 45 percent. Will intermittent help?
Hopefully I've heard from people that it helps a lot.
Intermittent fasting is good since it helps me eat less.
Ever since starting it I feel less hungry and full quicker

Do you just have water? I have heard that things like green tea and plain tea help to fill you up on a fast day

Yeah I just have water.
If you have tea, it's best to have it without sugar or milk imo since you're drinking less calories
 
why would you eat 2k calories then proceed to burn a lot of those calories, your body is on survive mode rn LOL. Yes, you'll lose weight, but are you sure you'll lose fat too? I Know, you're in a caloric deficit, but it would be much smarter going on a 20% below daily intake diet instead of this extreme. You'll just gain weight back when you start eating normal again

Bro with that bf% you dont need to fast jfl. Just cut the junk food, stop eating snacks everytime and do exercises daily.

I find it easier to less food and feel fuller when fasting
 
ye I use black coffee to suppress my hunger if its bad so I can push my first meal further into the day.

otherwise I drink alot of water. Just under 5 liters per day.
 
Gl sir, being doing this also, but with some differences, i go sleep at 9pm after a dinner, only meat,nothing more than 300kcal, then imwake up, i drink about 1,5 l of water, i skip the breakfast and i have the lunch at 1 PM, then i will eat some chocolate with coffe at 5 PM, 300kcal max, and then i repeat going to the dinner at 9 Pm, less than 1000kcal daily, tons of water and megadosing vit c, lost 11 pounds in 2 weeks, im ectomorphic also.
 
make sure you have a realistic restriction, dont go too low because you'll feel like shit and probably binge a shit ton and not to mention, lose all your muscle mass. Just keep it say 500calories below your maintaince + good cardio/HIIT/strength training and you'll see weight drop alot. Just make sure to have high enough protein in total, you need it to maintain as much muscle mass as possible, especially on a cut. But take advantage of those beginner gains man.

What I do is have no carbs until after my workout, and even then its like say 40g or so. You want most of your carbs post workout for muscle synthesis. If youre gonna eat carbs every meal forget what im saying rn JFL. I get most of my calories from good fats and high proteins.

Good fats, high protein, low carbs youre sorted. Add that with regular exercise & your weight will fly off no cap.

Should I just ignore loose skin? I hear that a lot but I think it’s not really an issue while you’re losing weight
