1 week still going strong on the healthmaxing just been eating fruit, meat, eggs and vegetables but I did have some bread today (1 hamburger roll)

I’m taking vitamin d to make up for the lack of sun working in a warehouse, I’ve been on for the last 5 days and I got two more until a day off so pretty brutal forced to vampiremax

It’s getting easier for me to stay locked in with my diet but working out is getting harder because I’m so hungry after work. Still got 2 sets in today tho so that’s good here is my physique/face after 1 week still at 66kg

2 sets of 10 pushups pull-ups and sit-ups it’s low but I was tired from work
I thought it was 2 sets of a single exercice
btw it's not rly a good workout, don't do this everyday, go harder and eod

It’s good for me cuz it’s quick and I can do it in my room when I get home normally I do 3-4 sets, what is eod?

every other day
you need to let a bit of time to let your muscle, sinews, ligaments and nervous system recover
also try to get close to failure, don't count the reps
