I eat 2 raw onion everyday they said it will increase your testo a bit I drink 2 cup of milk everyday I exercise 5x a week I do cardio,sprint 2x a week

okay lets fix some things, milk and diary like cheese must be banned from ur diet in order to have clear skin or at least even less chance of acne breakouts
here is a list of food u need to avoid
-white rice
-white pasta
-white bread
-sugars who arent from a natural source, so sweats and other shit ZERO NON NATURAL SUGAR trust me
-avoid seed oils they taste bad and are estrogenic
-avoid chips and pizza (u can still eat potatoes just not fried or packet chips)
-no seasoning
-low salt and sodium keep it balanced
-margarine
-fried foods
NOW the food u can eat
-every type of meat (not fried)
so fish too
-wholemeal bread
-wholemeal pasta
-brown rice
-all type of fruit (try banana apple orange and ananas)
-IF YOU CAN!! blood cow blood
-yea honey too not too much tho
-beans
in short words u get what u can eat

cardio... about that it should be like only the 20% of u training, lift more a lot more id say 5/7 days a week train legs arms chest shoulder everything and ofc neck

for cardio only walk at inclination 13.5 and at the speed of 3.5 for about 10-15 mins every gym session start and end

now
supplements
zinc and vitamin d,c,a,creatine 3g pre workout and magnesium
accutane 10 mg oral way

all the things u do now are useless or like dont show long term results follow this list
now try this gym routine
