I am feeling good so far BUT:
Day 4 of the cycle: I bumped up the ostarine to 20mg ED and introduced cardarine to the cycle at 5mg. This gave me a bad headache, so bad that when I went to the gym, I did my warm-up but couldn't complete my first working set because my head was hurting like crazy.
The next day, the same thing happened, but it was more manageable. I could finish my workout with a bit of a headache, though I couldn't push as hard on my first lift (chest press) because of it.
Today is Day 6, and I can still feel the headache. Hopefully, my body adapts because I really don't want to stop now.
I know that headache is a common side effect with GW but it has been a week and I'm kinda anxious ngl
