idk why I just don't find gym girls attractive a lot of the time.

Objectively they look good but seeing someone so deeply into lifting and trying to get abs just isn't it for me.

Prefer girls with slight bit of fat tbh

Some of them look good if they have wide hips and don't train their arms and chest and ofc dont get shredded.

Yeah gymceling is bad for your health and unnatural. you should stop progressing on gym once you hit 225 bench. its just decades of cortisol maxing and cancer maxing with eating excessively

its not just being shredded that does it, it's also weight fluctuations. bulking is even worse and not to mention just the physiological strain that comes from actually progressing in strength completely fucks your collagen due to stress

I have never met a man who could bench 315 relatively lean who aged gracefully
