Normal day was traveling wokeup had some milk then went out to eat got some ground beef and thats it lol felt good since all of this food ige been eating the past few weeks.

So overall good day dont expect it to get hard till like day 10

We need to normalize starving. It’s literally so goated and has so many benefits compared to most foods have to offer :sick: think abt it, u lose nothing by starvemaxxing, u only gain from it.

U cant lose bonemass due to starvation if it isnt for a prolonged period of time and u arent getting enough calcium and phosphorus in ur diet which i am and im talking about weeks of no food on a island type shit

Another 2 IQcels. When you lose weight you will lose bone mineral density. Whether you starve or not, you will lose BMD. BMD =/= bone mass. BMD is inside the bone. It doesn’t affect aesthetics at all.

i did a caloric deficit of 1kcal for like 2months and lost like 25lbs when i said all this he never mentioned he was in a deficit thought he simply wasnt eating:LOL::LOL:

Not if i want to do it fast starving doesnt slow down ur metabolism btw ur calories out just get lower due to not moving much due to u being in such a defecit and read im eating around 1000 lol
