Woke up had some raw eggs with whole milk and made a cheese and egg omelette then did some cardio, didnt have my groceries so no healthy carbs lol.
Sat in the sun abit while drinking my water.
Did some biking then walked to the butcher bought 30 eggs one big cut of steak split it in two due to me cutting and 2 chicken breasts.
Rested.

Again walkes to the store due to me forgetting my carb sources (bought some kiwi banana apples and honey i usually use raw honey a family friend brings from morroco but not allowed to eat much due to it being expensive)

Had my fruits with some honey.

Again walked around while scrolling (found out ab the grok ai bot outlash lmao comical)
Came back cycled again had a very big bowl of chicken and vegetables with zero cal sauce my volume meal and most of my protein with some fat free cheese

Had a protein bar since its my first day tryna eat healthy again wont do it again too many ingredients but tasted good.


850cal burned effortlessly didnt force myself to do more then i wanted and felt good.
