yea I bleached my hair white at least 4 times and dyed it pink once, how do i make a comeback and get my normal healthy hair back?

Rn i have my ideal hair length, it ends 1 cm before my shoulders and my natural hair is 4cm grown back so it kind of looks like Nettspend's og cut for reference.
My plan is to dye my hair back to normal color (dark brown), get highlights and just let it grow whilst keeping it the same length until only real hair is alive.

Unfortunately i have a extreme problem with dandruff because of some problem with my baby scalp still being here (that's why white was working out), my scalp is on the verge of dying and dandruff shampoos don't work.

Any tips to:
- Regrow my hair back the best it can be
- Eradicate dandruff
- Make it grow thicker

i couldnt even use leave in conditioner without getting dandruff the next day

Buzz and take oral minoxidil alongside other stuff to minimize the side effects and itll grow back very fast (ur eyebrows and eyelashes will also grow which is a W)
