If i could only do one exercise for the rest of my life, Id easily choose deadlifts. The T boost i get from them are insane, not to mention the posture improvements. Correcting posture was always hard af and felt impossible to me, until i did deadlifts. I never had a six pack, until i did deadlifts, my balance improved from deadlifts, my strength effortlessly keeps shooting up from deadlifts. If you do deadlifts, youre either a mogger or about to become one. Such is the power of the deadlift.
