dear diary i'm finally lean

after 4 months of 1000+ cal deficit, after 30 ish pounds lost and extreme discipline, i finally have hollow cheeks and clear skin. life finally feels good, i did it. i'll never become fat again. 4 freaking months from overweight to lean, and even before that i was severely obese. thank god and thank to myself. next step ahead of me now, to enjoy life and feel like a kid again.
