I used to have a friend my senior year of high school that i sat next to in Auto. We used to crack jokes a bunch and we made very funny memories in the class. On the day of my graduation, I ran into him into the quad area while I was trying to find the rest of my graduation class cause I was lost. He was with his girlfriend I believe and we conversed for a bit. The last thing he told me, if I remember correctly, was something along the lines of: "It was nice knowing you," which he said in a humorous way because he was a junior and I would be leaving high school for good obviously. I hadn't spoke to him since and just last summer of '23, he passed away in a car accident. That shit just shakes me to my core because of how morbid it is. It's insane how fast your life can be taken away from you. It's like one moment you're breathing and then it's over in the next.

Yea death is weird asf. How can someone be so full of life , happiness, emotions, and then, one day it’s all just gone. Idk how it can just disappear like that. Maybe since energy cannot be created or destroyed he is still here in a way
