Hey,

Can you guys tell me which potassium is better? Does it matter if it's pill form or powder?
Potassium gluconate vs potassium chloride?

Is there a source you guys can link for me in pill form.

Thanks in advance

its not about potassium its about what you eat

Chloride tastes like utter shit in powder form but it certainly works.

Stop coping with potassium and just cut the carbs

Potassium gluconate is easier on the stomach and might be a better option for people who need a milder potassium supplement. Potassium chloride is more effective for managing bloating, if it’s related to high sodium intake. Mortan salt substitute has 690mg of potassium chloride per 1/4 tsp.
