So I am debloating actively coming 10 days. I'll do it slowly cuz last time when I rushed it I got very bad headaches and muscle weakness. This time. I'll just adjust my diet very potassium oriented first 5 days. So that I flush some water weight. Afterwards I'll dose furo 40mg each day and last day will be 80 mg. I must lose atleast 5kg of water weight. Best case is 10kg. But we'll see about that. I lost today not even 1kg of water and I already look pretty lean. Easy hollow cheeks. We gonna start out this year like real moggerssss.

Cuz I can't bloat anymore with this Clean shaven look. It'll be easy LTN.
