Debloating your face is crucial to ascension. Even though certain features such as hollow cheeks are ultimately determined by genetics, there are still ways to improve. These are some methods that worked for me.
**Hydration**
- Drink Water: Drinking plenty of water will help flush out excess sodium and reduce bloating. Aim for at least 3L a day.
**Dietary Adjustments**
- Anti-Inflammatory Foods: Incorporate foods rich in omega-3 fatty acids and Potassium
- Avoid Salty & Processed Foods: Salty and processed foods causes significant bloating.
- Limit Sugary Foods and Drinks: Sugar leads to inflammation and bloating, so reducing sugary snacks and carbonated beverages is beneficial.
(Try to keep a Potassium/Sodium ratio of around 4:2)
**Fitness & Body Fat**
- Cardio: Do intense cardio daily, whether it be adopting a HIIT routine or running a few miles. This will drop your body fat percentage quickly.
**Facial Massage Techniques**
- Lymphatic Drainage Massage: Using upward strokes with a Gua Sha, massage your face to help promote lymphatic drainage. Focus on the cheeks, jawline, and under the eyes. Refrigerate the stone for added cooling benefits.
**Cold Therapy**
- Cold Compress: Applying a cold compress or even using chilled spoons under the eyes and on the cheeks can help reduce swelling and tighten your skin.
**Sleep**
- Quality Sleep: Aim for 8 hours of quality sleep each night. Lack of sleep can lead to increased cortisol levels and water retention in your face.
- Sleep Position: Try sleeping on your back with your head slightly elevated to prevent fluid buildup in your face.
**Limit Alcohol Consumption**
- Alcohol consumption causes dehydration and leads to facial bloating. Limiting your intake can help mitigate facial puffiness.
**Lemonbottle & Lipolab**
- Products that dissolve the fat out of your face
If all else fails, get buccal fat removal or it’s over for you.
