Dandelion root extract works
Caffeine works really really well most effective for me but make sure to take before 11
Low cortisol
If its inflammatory topical ibuprofen could help a bit
Walking /running just cardio in general
Get sun
And keep in mind u cant get bloated after one meal if ur healthy with ur pottasium and cardio with all these a bloat is from ur weekly habits.

there’s this $30 potassium vitamin supplement thing on amazon, works great i take 2 small scoops a day, lasts months as well.

eat lots of sweet potato and banana as well as drinking lots of water on top of that

also c4 energy drinks are loaded w potassium if u need extra source
