A debloat method that I’ve come up with, similar to using a sauna is sitting in a hot car in the sun.
Just sit in your car (preferably on a hotter day) shut the doors, and wear multiple layers if you wanna take it to the next level
I’m doing it right now and I’m sweating more than I would be sprinting or working out in any way.
Of course a sauna would be more comfortable and conventional, but not everyone has access to one or can afford to use a public one. Worth mentioning, no one on this forum is NT enough to go sit in a room naked with a bunch of other men.
Try this out and rid your body of any built up sodium and toxins.
NOTES:
Don’t actually get heat stroke, if the climate is extreme where you live, take it easy and don’t use layers.
I’ve found wearing a beanie or a hood makes your face sweat more, therefore losing more water.
Also refrain from wearing polyester clothing because, as most know, you’ll be absorbing the estrogenic properties of the fabric.
