Debloat routines, how to achieve a lean face

my routine

-eat a low amount of calories everyday where carbs are almost non existent

foods consist of:
small amount of peanut butter
1 or 2 slices of carb-reduced bread
4 eggs
2-3 chicken breast or chicken legs (used to eat it with rice until i realized rice is full of carbs, what should i swap it with?)

-drink shit ton of water
-supplement potassium (1gram capsules)
-sugarless energy drinks for the caffeine
-40min cardio with 10-15 min sauna
-run clenbuterol 2 weeks on 2 weeks off until november

why not black coffee instead of energy drinks
 
Dont be afraid of carbs wtf, i eat carbs in every meal and dont bloat anymore

everyone has to find out what bloats them i guess, if 10+% of my calorie intake are carbs my face gets puffy

by cutting out sugar and carbs completely my face looks like i got buccal fat removal
 
its over if you need to drink 10 galoon water everyday and eat like holocaust survivor to get lean face
