Will megadosing vitamin C debloat me? I've been taking 2000-3000mg every day for the past week and I think my face is leaner but that might just be placebo

honestly bro I would just stop the coping and use some kind of GLP, or you can use diuretics
For overnight results

I drink coco water and eat bananas every day, and yes i'm on a calorie deficit, only eating 1,500 cals or less

First of all, make sure to precisely calculate your daily potassium intake; it should be at 4000mg (you won't hit this with just banana and coconut)
Hydration matters too since dehydration can cause bloating; drink 3l
Keep staying in a deficit, and you’ll get a lean face; the way it's gonna look like depends on your bone structure tho

Clav said that it causes heart problems but he might just be gatekeeping
He's right.. furos can cause extreme electrolyte imbalances and you will get rebound bloating after you stop it (which you eventually will have to)

Solution
Dont you need a shit ton of potassium for there to be even minimal changes
If you're on a consistent high potassium diet (alongside low sodum intake), your fluid balance shifts towards more intracellular fluid and less extracellular. The changes are minimal but still visible. Potassium is also still staying within safe range

Can this be achieved through potassium supplements?
Highest potassium supplements can provide is about 200mg per serving, which isn’t suficient to rely on for daily requirements
