I'm 78kg at 5'9 and I think that debloating my face is the key to ascending. I got a good ramus and bone structure.

How do I debloat?
 
Also lose more weight

Drink everyday a good quantity of water 2 - 3L per day
Consume Potassium
be active in sports (Anything just sprint)
Eat healthier

78 kg at 5'9 is quite high no? unless you're buff

78. Kg st 5 9 is much, debloat and lose weight at the same time, you can easily weight 65 kg
 
Yeah I lifted for about a year
I feel like you’re kind of fat you just don’t know it , sorry. A year isn’t that much when it comes to lifting if you’re doing it naturally
 
get very lean. its not worth to not consume sodium just to be debloated. when youre sub 10% you dont need to do any debloating methods. For special occasions pop lasix

Nah I've got a good amount of muscle mass I'm just bloated I can change my pfp ur gonna see
 
Cardio / sauna is best way.

If you do cardio you need to make sure you sweat, so maybe do it in a few layers or thick jumper.

Only downside is you’ll be bloated again around 3 hours after you start eating carbs / salt.

Only long term solution is eating low carbs and salt and high potassium - but it will probably taste like shit and muscles will be deflated 24/7.
