High iq thread, no debloating method works besides DIETRETICS and purging. 5:1 potas sodium is cool and chill until you have a slice of pizza or a burger or anything with moderate sodium your body will treat sodium like it’s gold and Hold onto it - it’s much easier to keep a balanced potas sodium ratio keep cardio and DIETRETICS around. Purging is last resort but yes will debloat you and does burn 70-80% of calories you ate.
