Debloating = no cheat meals?

Do mfs usually have cheat meals if theyre trynna debloat/fatloss bc im trynna debloat rn and lower by bf % but idk if i should have weekly cheat meals
 
Also if someone fan suggest me a diet for debloating and fat loss to follow id appreciate it (no supplements if possible)
 
Debloating and cheat meals used in conjunction is an oxymoron. Debloating isn't something you do long-term, you can debloat and get bloated in the span of a day.
You can eat cheat meals, don't have days.

Then how can i debloat quickly what to eat n stuff
 
if you feel the need to "cheat" thats most likely because youre diet is shit, start eating all raw animal products and youll be fine, no bloat anyway, and you wont have these crazy cravings

Okay then should i cut out all sourve of carbs and sugar? Usually i eat some rice then either chicken or meat and sometimes some ham sandwiches for protein and sometimes veggies should i cut out all these carbs and add more protein?

yes cut out all these carbs, they are contraindicated and not a part of our natural so called diet, eat alot of fat and protein from eggs, beef, and butter and youll be fine

no, every carbohydrate no matter where it comes from bloats your face, thats why you will notice that after 3 days of no carb or not even maybe even after just 2 days you lose a bunch of weight, but thats all water weight, and youll notice debloat already
