Debloating while on vacation

Gonna go on a trip for spring break for a week and will be drinking every day. I currently only have eplerenone and hctz and am wondering how i should go about dosing while on vacation to avoid fucking over myself with the drinking, and any other tips on staying debloated would be appreciated.

Try to use pregablin with baclofen/clonazepam if you can but if you must drink then take a good amount of eplerenone to NUKE your aldosterone and use torsemide 20-30mg to get rid of the water retention.

preciate the well thought out response. I was thinking of upping my dose to 200mg of eplerenone while on the trip, do you think thats a good amount or should i do more?
