anything that involves sweating or water leaving your body lowers water retention everywhere in your body, not just face. So if you plan on debloating I would definitely say running is a good way to sweat out water retention and look temporarily more slim/lean.

How old? Jflll

Potassium to sodium (3:1), sleep, water (3L a day), black coffee like you're running on it.

Here’s everything you need to know

1. Bloating is caused by excess sodium
2. Potassium helps expel sodium faster
3. Insulin, Cortisol and inflammation delays debloating process
4. Drinking water doesn’t debloat you faster
5. Carbs don’t cause any meaningful bloat. Glycogen is stored in muscles.
6. Fasting for 24 hours will debloat you hard.

Running helps deplete glycogen, sweat salt out and rebalance fluid out of your face. To what degree? I’m not sure.

Also if you wake up in the morning with a fat face after eating out the night before, this probably means your body sucks at effectively regulating sodium. You likely already have issues with hypertension and should monitor that so you don’t die at age 60.
