The woman can't force anyone, only the court can do that. Generally child support is asked for after a divorce, I think, unless you sign a prenup.

When people say "you can't take a paternity test" they mean that you, out of your own volition, cannot do it. And that is true. Nobody is saying it never happens. By posting this you won't really correct anything because at the end of the day you cannot do it without a court order. That's the difference. France is insanely cucked for that. It's not just France, by the way, it's also Germany.

2) You're married and your wife gives birth to a child, but he's kinda dark, doesn't look like you at all and you have suspicions - you go to the judge, but he laughs in your face, calls you paranoid and denies you the test. You now have to raise a kid that might not be yours...
