Yes of course it is biologically true humans are mammals..

BUT we are morally aware and have a higher iq than animals. Thus making us smarter, we can recognize good and evil. If a tiger kills a cow it wouldn’t be considered murder it is instinct. However if a human were to kill another human it would obviously be considered murder/homicide because we have the ability to understand good and evil, right and wrong, free will, make deliberate choices. From a philosophical standpoint if humans were only animals driven by pure instinct there would be no moral order or accountability. Yet every human has moral codes, conscience, and guilt. This shows we naturally recognize moral responsibility and not just instinct. However from a biblical viewpoint the idea of sin is tied to free will, which bible scripture says only humans possess. If you need the scripture just look up Genesis 1:27.

Morality overall is just gut feeling it’s internal. It’s about what’s right or wrong based on conscience, values and or reasoning. It’s beyond rules. Youre born with a conscience which then shapes your morality later on in life.

Well yeah he was a human being so he had a sense of morality but acted as an animal. Driven by pure instinct which guided his actions he was raised by animals.
