It's just wide IPD, compact midface, ~1:1.6 nose to mouth ratio.
That's what an attractive "face" is. That's your face. Eyes, nose, mouth.
Your forward growth after that is what determines the degree to which you are considered attractive. The reason is forward growth which is visible on the side causes the skin to be taunt over the bones, showing off that you have them, and causing shadows visible from the front. Perhaps the biggest value of a projecting supraorbital ridge over the eyes is the shadow it puts the eyes in. Hollow cheeks are also an example of this, mostly caused by a forward maxilla and cheekbones enough to cause so much empty space in the cheeks that the soft tissue can easily fit in it and even collapse inside of that empty space.
"Harmony" doesn't exist. It's still just ratios of the things I mentioned above. Wide IPD is probably the most important. Start saving for OBO I guess.
