wolffs law is a valid theory but u need to actually understand it.

Here are some reasons why wolffs law will not work for ur bones getting bigger

1. What it actually does
It breaks down old bone tissue that has no activity
Then it adds new minerals/bone tissue to the surface of bones, resulting in more density

Essentially it cannot make bones any longer as its not just adding new bones its breaking down old bone underneath that it will use to convert to more minerals to new bone

2. Assymetrical growth
The process of leg lengthening only works because bone is significantly being pulled apart slowly and they use a nail and other equipment to hold the bone apart to keep its symmetry. Your body responds to bonesmashing by asding more density in the specific area your smashing, its not like equal or skmething so likely even if it worked it would lead to lumps of bone rather than symmetrical growth

3. An gradually increased load must be applied in order for anything to even happen.
For bone to even respond to a load it must be significantly stressed. If the bone is constantly getting more dense over time then ull need more and more loads to have the same effect

This is also why its harder to cause any change in long bones since long bones have been adapting to stress ur whole life and would require a lot more stress to change anything at all

4. After you stop stressing the bone the bone will weaken and go back to its original density over time

Microfracture can lead to bone density but wont create bone lengthening. Also if u microfracture without proper nutrients it can lead to bone less

However i know no ammount of science will be enough so lets use real life examples

1. Shin conditioning is a normal thing in muay thai. These people actively spend hours trying to smash their shins to increase density

Although about 97% of them report shins that are more dense we havent seen any documented or verified increase in bone mass or length

2. Nba players constantly jump to increase their vertical however theres never been a nba player whos been reported having a increase in height (except some possible late bloomers)

3. Tennis players and baseball plyers constantly load their arm but the only reports of arm length increase are among younger ones likely with some open plates and at very low rates anyways. Mind you increasing arm length is easier than increasing bone length anyways

if simply microfracturing 30 mins a day and stretching it out was the cure for height we wouldve tapped into that probably millions of years ago but especially now. If it caused any significant growth it would be majnstream

The only people who actually push this bs is random grifters on tiktok named “Aesthetic Growth” selling their ogre method or whatever

This bs will only work if ur plates are still open but its most likely due to the working out effect and hgh spikes combined with fracture healing rather then wolffs law itself doing most of the work

However even then it will have a inverse effect cause applying lots of stress to ur growth plates also has been shown to close them faster so ur also fucking up ur long term growth

glad you exposed this

it should be water but unfortunately looksmaxxers dont like science they just like bullshit edited anecdotals
your thoughts on effects of roids on height? even bodybuilders bust but they stay the same height...

Steroids does not increase height if anything ive seen some articles that say they can stunt ur height. Not really looked deep into it but definitely not worth it. Best to just take hgh and ai.

If ur an adult though then take steroids doesnt matter anyways

Hgh wont increase height in adults unless u take so much that u get acromegaly but thats just gonna create thickness and not significant height increase anyways.plus ull be deformed

Idk if steroids stunt growth but u shouldnt be taking them when young anyways. Most id take is maybe testosterone

i have no probs with roids but would only take them under the moderation of endocrinologists, coaches and other docs and not being a "saviour" of my own...

Breaking of bone isn't the actual reason for the groth of new bone. The pieco electric effect under mechanical stress is.
