do bloodwork, check all possible deficiencies (diet, hormones)

chew, gymcel, tan, lean out

and maybe fix the philtrum thats more ROI than double jaw or whatever ur getting

or idk maybe your surgeon thinks double jaw is a great idea

Cant afford it unfortunately... Thankfully chin filler is good results tho.

Also BSSO im getting is 3 point landing meaning height is added anyway up to 6mm, ive yet to confirm how much yet with my surgeon

nah its your philtrum to chin ratio. u would benefit from more chin height maybe even cw rotation
