Our bones determine how our face is structured and sets the stage for not only how attractive we are but also our phenotype and how our facial features look.

Here are two sisters. Kelly, the girl on the left decided to breathe with her nose, while the woman on the right decided to do mouth breathing. The effects of this are that her facial bones started to recess as she wasn't keeping her tongue on the roof of her mouth (which mouth breathing naturally and inevitably encourages). The effects this has on her facial bones (and her attractiveness) is clear as day. Jaws eerily sloped, her bite is horrible, her chin is recessed, and her eye area seems to me to be less compact than her sisters'.

Another example. In this example, one of the two twins experienced physical trauma in their nasal septum and their midface. This physical trauma, as expected, affected their bones and in turn, their facial attractiveness.

Now that we understand that your bones have a very direct influence on facial attractiveness, let me demonstrate how the aging of your bones affect your appearance.

The Effects on Bone Aging on Appearance
To put it simply, this is what bone aging does to your face.

As showed with the two examples above, as you age, your orbits (the bones surrounding your eyes) get wider, your maxilla gets narrower, your nasal cavity gets wider, your chin gets weaker and your jaw gets thinner, among a slew of other things.

Why The Bones Age

According to the paper "Aging of the Bony Orbit: A Three-Dimensional Computed Tomographic Study" it states that "The aging process also affects the facial bones. In multiple studies, it has been shown that the bony midface undergoes a process of bony resorption and volume loss with increasing age." (Kahn & Shaw, 2008)

In simple terms, you lose your bones as you age. The less of a robust, properly formed structure you have, the worse you look (or will look as you age)

Proposed Solutions
Here are things that increase bone health and combat bone loss and degradation
  • Calcium (It's what bones are made of)
  • Vitamin D (Increases your calcium absorption)
  • Vitamin K2 (Helps with bone remodeling)
  • Being healthy
You don't necessarily have to buy these separately; you can also simply purchase anything for bone health, bone restoration or anything that claims to be good for osteoporosis (although I do recommend that any supplement that claims to cure or treat it, you actively do research on the ingredients).

I also recommend that you increase your dosage of calcium and Vitamin D3 as you age as well.

The solution, is not going extreme enough.

Since it basically just is: take some food supplements brahs. Them being: k2, d, d3, calcium, etc..

Need to also fight the slowing down, of the cell turnover, due to da age pill

If it's true that aging causes bone loss, a bunch of cope supplements aren't going to help that jfl.

By the time you're fucking old as hell you should have a family and kids and money and house and guess what you're going to be dead in a few years who gives a fuck about your sagging eye area. Just wear sunglasses and a beard congrats.

Bone grows till 25 then decreases after 35

These mouthbreathing “studies” seem like a case of correlation and causation. People with shit genes and thus, shit maxillas/forward growth, are more likely to mouth breathe due to blocked airways.

its debatable, there are studies showing increases in head size, even increases in forward growth naturally post 25. it sort of seems like we never really stop growing, but that the epigenome increases in errors & the rate of growth is determined by growth hormone which basically shuts down after 25

Oh not to mention that our height naturaly increases over time (bones especialy in the spine lengthen perhaps because of the load they take) this seems to be offset though by other variables to an even greater extent thus why our height decreases in actual terms as we age (further proof that if it can go one direction it can go another). https://www.youtube.com/@NaturalHeightGrowth/videos

Ya I heard that about intelligence from Jordan Peterson. Supposedly exersize and diet can resolve this? Idk if it’s true though. I’m also aware that creatine supplementation in those above 25 can increase iq quite notably (15 points) not sure about age range though

Not really bone loss but more like loss of bone support. Sphenoid angle gets worse causing the face to droop and the temples get narrower. With less bone support, theres less soft tissue support so skin sags due to gravity.

That’s just one example of someone who doesn’t even disprove my point. Might have started mouth breathing anyway due to recession from genes. Could just be a coincidence that he developed allergies. As I said this is only one example but it could be valid.

plenty people with allergies and decent forward growth too + supposedly he developed it due to having a gerbil, yet he would've spent half his time outside the house which would cause him to breathe normally?

also zero verifiable proof that this actually happened

nobody's genes are going to make their jaws randomly become recessed in the middle of their childhood. the kid clearly had normal facial development in the before picture

look at what happened when scientists plugged monkeys' noses (their jaws/teeth developed incorrectly) - https://buteykoclinic.com/docs/Primate-Experiments-on-Oral-Respiration-Harvold.pdf

"All experimental animals gradually acquired a facial appearance and dental occlusion different from those of the control animals"
