decreasing prevalence of zygos across all populations

Ive been noticing a trend, that no matter what race or people, if you look at photos of them 200 hundred years ago versus today, in the past they always had more defined zygos and jawlines. What is the reason for this, I mean i know we eat complete goyslop shit, but back then they were constantly having famines and starving. European though seem to be exempt from this, they seem to always have had bad zygos. Africans somehow still seem to retain some zygos, but still a decrease
