Deep bite and braces

So i’ve had braces before i had a pallet expander and also had to have rubber bands (no idea which kind) and i’ve had to have braces again due to not wearing my retainer it’s given me a deep bite here’s some pictures of me. what my question is how can i ascend now that im regularly seeing the orthodontist and will rubber bands recess me?
