I’ve put stuff up before but still tryna find a solid answer. Pretty sure I have a dental deepbite and I want to know what the best way to fix it and add some vertical height to my lower third. When I clench my teeth my face gets a bit shorter and rounder but nothing crazy

Any suggestions then bro
If you want lower third height the only way is surgery , but fir your case braces is more than enough , elastics can do wonders , even if elastics are not enough there’s some special screws that can be positioned above your upper teeth that paired with elastics help raise those teeth therefore fixing the bite

Yeah alright thanks man. My jaw wants to come forward but is lowkey blocked by my upper front teeth and therefore makes my lower third a bit shorter. Will it remove this issue?

I don’t think that’s the reason , it’s likely caused by either a recessed mandible or a low gonial angle or overgrown maxilla , in most cases it’s caused by a combination of the angle and mandibular recession

So is the solution to this surgery then or braces

I have pretty much the exact same issue. Good luck man, you either have to learn to jut constantly or just get bimax. SFS is absolutely brutal on your lower third. No other true fix sadly, your dental issue is caused by your mandible being in the incorrect position.
