Anybody know of any surgeons that do voice lowering thyroplasty? Theres hardly nothing about it on the web. They inject fat into the vocal chords to bulk them up which results in a thicker deeper voice. I need this surgery

I wouldn’t recommend Turkey for most operations but from what I’ve seen they seem to be good at this voice lowering
