My current delt training is I do standing OHP 4x10 twice a week.
My main focus is side delts. For this I do
Lateral raises 8x10 twice a week
Recently added seated machine lateral raise 4x8 twice a week
Is this routine ok? Should I add another day just to focus on side delts?
I am in a 1000 calorie deficit right now.
