Democracy isn't natural to humans and will soon collapse

There is a reason for why monarchy was the standard form of government for over five thousand years before a bunch of rich people decided to implement democracy for landowners, which was then later expanded to include all males, and then later men and women, and then later minorities.

Democracy isn't compatible with human nature. Which is pretty hilarious seeing as this is the argument generally employed against authoritarian rule. Democracy requires that people are tolerant towards other's views (most aren't) and willing to protect others individual liberties (most aren't).

In actual reality, most humans have no regard for others at all. Inevitably, this causes democracy to self-destruct in one of 3 ways:

1. The people want a quick fix and vote in a dictatorship that gets rid of the democracy.
2. The people vote away the rights of those they dislike, over and over, until the only people left with voting rights are basically a oligarchy.
3. Radical factions gain enough popular support to launch a coup, thus ending democracy.

Tbh it was always over for anybody that isn't part of the elite.

My prediction: Democracy will slowly fail over the course of the 2020's and 30's, and will probably be gone by the 2040's or 50's.

I believe it should be regulated and weighted by merits. A system where a pothead hoodrat has the same voting score as a scientist or economist is so fucking ridiculous.
