I got a incisor tooth removed when i was about 12 ( the tooth to the left of the two front ones), i have since noticed a slight asymmetry in my face but aside that nothing else, today I went to the dentist to get a dental bridge because the one i had there was temporary, and i asked about a implant but he said that there isnt enough room for a implant, the solution would be to wait until im 18 to get a palate expander and braces all over again in order to get a implant, will my face be fine, will it not recess?
