So ive following the looxmaxx of braces for a better smile and face in general i got a recent x-ray if someone actuallly knows like dentists surgeouns pm me id appreciate it.

Better smile means the most attractive smile like width wise [amount of teeth showing, and bite force] already mentioned the U-shape palete to the doctor and he said hell try his best i posted the pics here, to know what is he actually doing since i have no clue.

Ah ok then the braces are fine. You dont need extractions so just dont let him do that
Keep in mind every 1mm you expand your palate your cheeks will be 1mm more "bloated"

Wait so he does not widen the palate?

Also u asked about intermolar width if u got like a pixel measurement app and a converter pixels to mm u can find out.

We cant measure palate width from that xray bro lol
You should ask your dentist what is your imw

idk about xrays and people wont be able to judge from panoramic view they prob need side
