Dentist gaslighting me into pulling teeth

she kept saying how i actually have a normal palate and mandible (i have a clear overbite and my palate is quite narrow), i was looking into getting an expander but there are some more issues dentis aside. she kept saying how i have big teeth compared to my bone mass (found it insulting) because of genetics and insisted i removed some teeth to make space for the 3rd molars coming out. i was actually thinking to pay for an implant since i did lose a molar years ago when things were much worse and i had shit hygiene-

whatever happens i will never pull them out if anything i will either insists on expanding the palate or just get my other problems fixed and gtfo

to be fair she did help me tremendously and i think shes a pretty good dentist but yeah im not pulling anything out of my mouth. also when i kept insisting on expanding the palate and maybe even lower jaw if necessary, she kept saying how its usually done in kids and how much it would be complicated for me and how much it would hurt. i have another appointment with an ortho of the same place this dentist works and i hope i will hear a differnt opinion from him, otherwise i would just pack my autism and go find another one or do it myself
