I had my bottom wisdoms removed many years ago. But i refuse to give up on my upper wisdom. They only want to remove it because the bottom is gone, and i understand that. What can be done other than to remove upper wisdoms? Since 32 teeth is life.

Can narrow ur palate but give better hollow cheeks. Lower ones shouldnt be removed lol. Removing lower/upper can worsen ur ratios tho so be aware of that

Can dental implants work on lower wisdoms? As of now there is not sufficient space, but ive created more space judging by my x ray picture. Before my upper wisdoms were partially impacted, now they're just erupted.

this will guarantee bone loss

What is my options? The teeth will eventually be over erupted. But as i said. Im working on creating more space for dental implant and there has been a significant improvement the past 6 months. In order for dental space. I will never remove my upper wisdoms.

bone loss doesnt really happen from a few tooth being pulled out.

Cuz when teeth doesnt touch (when 1 teeth is gone) the opposite teeth will eventually erupt.

Teeth will eventually enlarge when it doesnt touch the other teeth, because it tries to reach the other teeth
why don't you just let them fall out by themselves then?

Would recommend talking to a non-extraction focussed orthodontist and seeing what they have to say.

dr William Hang would be a good place to start, email him
