All mine grew out I didn't have to have them taken out. I never went to the dentist about them and I went after they came out and they said it was fine.

It was painful as fuck but bearable and part of my face was swollen like a chipmunk for a week.

Unless the pain is unbearable there's no reason to get them removed.

What do you mean what does that mean? They grew out. They completed what they were meant to do. Pushed through the gums and settled and aligned with the rest of my teeth.

The dentist has the x rays, if they say you need them out you probably need them out. Sometimes they are too quick to say you need them removed, so getting another dentists opinion would be a good idea, and ask them specifically if it would be ok to let the grow in normally even if causes pain. They might come in fine even if you dont have them removed but they could cause crowding later if you dont have enough room in your palate.

Mines DN hurt and they told me I needed them removed, got told they'd grow in normally after all
