on a real note though, i had depersonalization one time from smoking too much weed and it was scary, but you have to accept it, it’s hard but once you truly accept it, it fades away. hope it gets better, much love

had really bad depersonalization when I was younger, just up and disappeared one day. Maybe its something you grow out of. The doctors also diagnosed me with mild depression as well so that played a part too.
