when you have corrupt businessmen/Politian's in power with connections to western companies/governments that enable them with trade its hard. when you try to build yourself up when your only options in life is either work in a country with way better living conditions and social mobility even at the lowest levels of society or work for pennies doing some labor job that damages your health long term that you literally cant escape from unless you move its pretty obvious what you want to do.
