Depression seems weird looking back at it

Always around the october months my depression is at it highest just when the winter is starting and the days become colder and darker.

Months later you look back at it, thinking it wasn’t that bad and kinda fun.
You actually start loving it for some reason.

Weird, but interesting.

You probably have seasonal affective disorder, it’s a common thing. Obviously in autumn and winter you’ll get less sunlight exposure.

Sunlight exposure = vitamin d = higher serotonin levels = improved mood

Move to warmer climate. Winter is such a subhuman season.

I excluded myself from social activities etc.. until i get a genio, i have OCD over it, so i can't be happy, until i get it

I have lifelong depression — in fact it’s not actual depression, just the result of living a shit life stuck in a body I don’t like in a world I never wanted to live in.

It’s strange how I never have depressive episodes compared in the past where it was quite frequent

I have such nostalgia for last winter even though all I did was watch brazzers and walk around town alone
