How many times should I use Derma roller in a week? And what ways can I make it more effective ?

if anything bigger, once a week

That is how i'm using it and saw many people use it, of course, more red you get, bigger intervals you should take

Also 1.25mm+, let dermatologist use it or buy cream to make the face not feel pain

Good be 0.5mm for everything then, if you have dermaroller

If you had dermapen/dermastamp you could use other lenghts

When you bought it or have a package, there will be lenght written, but 0.5mm is standard, so probably that would be good size
