Derma stamping

I’m derma stamping for eyebrow growth and collagen production I know how to prep it but I’m unsure how I should be using it I put it at .8mm and press for 3 seconds each spot but I’m unsure if it’s enough for collagen production

i just put 1.5mm all over my face and it seems to be working. alot of people said it would damage my skin more but my skin is actually smoother than ever.
I also stamp 2mm on my eyebrows and use topical minox and its working too, my eyebrows used to be faded at the ends but it has consistent thickness the whole brow
