pen,

i did them all, learn from my mistake, and understand that anything other than the derma pen is utterly worthless, ur not pucturing enough to have significance collagen boost, u can get a derma pen off ali express

get sum alcohol sanitizers/pads,gloves,numbing cream(if u cant take it)

wash ur face
disinfect ur face
wipe them off with pads

then do derma pen 1.5mm on the cheeks and forehead,up and down

i combined it with tret and got results by day 4-5, and it gets better every week

repeat every 3 weeks

i had the pen from last yr actually, js didnt know how to use it

i bought it off aliexpress u can search it up, ppl on reddit advocated for them aswell
