Off-topic but since you have a lot of knowledge in fillers, what's your thoughts on aegyo sal treatment with filers ? I think it gives a good aesthetic to my eyes but i don't know if i can inject filers or fat grafting into that thin layer of the eyes.

I do not know the precise mechanism of Aegyo sal. AFAIK, it is just the fat deposition in the lower eyelid. It means it should be treated with blepharoplasty.

The filler CAN improve this look, but only if your orbital rims are recessed (80% population). But in some cases ,it is useless.
