If you can get them derma stamps are more precise and has different sizes specially if it's for hair loss but if you can't find that roller also will do the job just try to get less than 1.5 mm

Most of stamps have changeable sizes

Get a stamp that is adjustable from 0-2mm. In combination with tretinoin, it was a lifesaver for my atrophic scarring. Will also be applicable for hair too.

I saw your thread where you asked if it's okay to use dermaroller while you are on accutane.
so, I want to ask you if you are using it right now? I also started accutane and think that maybe even 0,25 mm needles wouldn't be good. how is your skin now? I want to use dermaroller only on eyebrows
